After a decade of honing my skills in the United Kingdom's educational and healthcare systems, I'm thrilled to serve the children and families of The Bahamas once again. My journey in occupational therapy has been guided by a deep commitment to helping children overcome developmental challenges and achieve greater independence.
I specialize in working with children experiencing a range of conditions including but not limited to autism spectrum disorder, developmental coordination disorder, developmental delay, cerebral palsy, sensory processing difficulties, and ADHD.
Beyond my professional identity, I'm a devoted wife and mother who understands firsthand the joys and challenges of nurturing young minds and bodies. This personal perspective enriches my practice, allowing me to connect meaningfully with the families I serve.
My approach combines evidence-based techniques with creative, play-based interventions tailored to each child's unique needs and interests. I believe in collaborative partnerships—not just with children, but with their families, teachers, and other healthcare providers—to create comprehensive support systems that foster real progress.
I'm committed to bringing best practices and a warm, client-centered approach to occupational therapy services in The Bahamas, helping our nation's children develop the skills they need to thrive in everyday life.
